My first guess is to break the circuit just to the right of test point A in the schematic (near top center). There are a couple of points where you could add an effects loop. (You probably should check that this is the right schematic by doing some checks of the controls, lights, and maybe the circuit board.) The schematic shows an analog solid state amp, with understandable gain stages. Okay, I assume you want to add an effects loop to the amp.
